This 6-hour course, taught by Tikila Adolph (Kathryn C. Wheat School of Real Estate #9977), satisfies the required Broker Responsibility credit that supervising licensees (brokers OR agents) need to renew their license in Texas. This course addresses the regulatory aspects of managing and operating a Texas brokerage firm, as well as providing supervision for the licensees employed within.

This includes provisions from The Real Estate License Act and the TREC Rules. We’ll review the Roles of the Delegated Supervisors & Teams, Ensuring Competency & Training for Agents, Practical Application Related to Required Documentation, Additional Broker Responsibility & TREC Enforcement & Broker Responsibility.
