This course taught by Tikila Adolph is a 4-hour non-elective that is mandatory to satisfy TREC’s requirements to update your license. Please allow for a 30-minute lunch break when scheduling this class.
Realtors will learn common builder terminology and the builder process to gain property type competency. Realtors will also learn about the new build stages and the pitfalls to look out for. This class will cover what to expect from the builder rep from initial contact, to contract, to closing. We will also compare new homes vs resale and discuss the benefits of each to help our clients make well informed decisions.
